Papa Boudreaux's Cajun Cafe' & Catering Co. was created because of the many individuals from Lousiana who were forced to leave after 100's of thousands of oil field workers lost their jobs as jobs were awarded overseas. Many in the U.S. oil industry have transplanted to other areas of the south and mid-south, leaving with them their legacy of authentic New Orleans & South Lousiana cooking. After many years of insistance of friends & acquaintances, Papa decided to open up a cafe' where authentic recipes are offered to the general public.
Papa Boudreaux's Cajun Cafe' is located at 3419 Fly Road, Santa Fe, TN (off of Hwy 7, the Cafe is approximately 15 minutes North of Columbia and 15 minutes North West of Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. Fly road runs parrellel to Hwy 7 so you have to look for Fly Road, but once you do, you cannot mistake the Cafe' as it is painted in Mardi Gras Colors) and their new location at 2420 Hwy 46 South, Dickson, TN (Exit 172 off of Interstate I-40 & Hwy 46 in the Ramada Inn).
In addition to the Cafe', Papa also offers catering, as well as in-house (at the Cafe') or at your home private parties.
