Now Papa has gone and done it!

O.K. I’ve heard you and now, I’ve gone and spent all of my money just so you can enjoy all those Cajun delights that has made you jolly. Papa is coming to Franklin, Tennessee and will be located downtown, across the street from "Mellow Mushroom."
Hopeful opening date is APRIL 1, 2001.
NO, we are NOT closing the original Santa Fe, Tennessee location. You can still drive out and support that location as well.
OPEN seven (7) days weekly serving both LUNCH & DINNER.
Papa will introduce New Orleans Poboy’s, Muffalettas, and many specialty items.
Looking forward to see you in Franklin soon !

Every Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. will be Papa's Traditional New Orleans ' Po boy Nite'!

Each dressed with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles, and Papa's famous Roumalaud Sauce, choice of Steak Fries and a side of Gumbo, Red Beans, Dirty Rice or Jambalaya!

Meat Loaf Po boy
Andouille Po boy
Each dressed with Choice of: Creole Sauce or Roumalaud Sauce and topped with Mozzarela Cheese. Served with Dill Weed Potato Salad, and Choice of side: Gumbo, Red Beans, Dirty Rice or Jamabalaya.
If this night is a success, Papa will serve additional well known N'awalin's favorites such as 'Muffalettas', Caf?' Du'Monde Coffee Au Lait Coffee and Beignets.
